This website is owned and operated by Yrimma ASBL, a non-profit organization registered in Belgium under company number 0775.828.566, with its registered office located in Brussels.

Products & Artwork

All products sold are original illustrations, handmade or small-batch printed pieces.
Because many items are handcrafted, each piece may feature slight irregularities or variations, making it unique.
Colors may also appear slightly different in real life depending on screen settings and lighting.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€), taxes included.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
We accept secure payments via [insert accepted platforms, e.g. Stripe, PayPal].

Yrimma ASBL reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
A confirmation email will be sent after the order is completed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or payment issues.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped from Belgium within 3–7 business days (unless otherwise stated).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Yrimma ASBL is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to return your item, as per EU consumer law (except for personalized or made-to-order items).
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless we made an error.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the return.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including illustrations, designs, texts, graphics, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of Yrimma ASBL.
You may not reuse, copy, reproduce or distribute any part of this content without prior written permission.
Legal action may be taken in case of infringement.

"Yrimma" is the artistic identity of the creator behind this work. Any misuse, reproduction, or unauthorized commercial use of the name, logo, or brand elements will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action.

Governing Law

All products sold on this website are offered by Yrimma ASBL, a non-profit organization based in Belgium. All proceeds are reinvested into the artistic, educational, and cultural activities of the association. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
